PERTANDINGAN LUNCUR AIR ANTARABANGSA
Sepintas Lalu
PADA wang kertas 1,000 Rupiah Indonesia, lakaran aksi orang melompat batu di Bawomataluo, selatan Pulau Nias, Indonesia. Itu sebenarnya dianggap satu penghormatan besar kepada penduduk tempatan kerana ia dijadikan simbol tarikan pelancongan republik berkenaan./ A 1,000 note rupiah have contained of a picture man jumping in Bawomataluo, South Nias Island and eventually there is a tourism spot attraction for the island which is a big honor from a local people.
Asalnya, tradisi melompat batu itu adalah tempat latihan sebagai persediaan generasi muda menghadapi peperangan. Dulunya, jika sesiapa berjaya melompat melepasi batu itu, mereka dianggap matang dan layak untuk berjuang di medan perang.
Sebab itu peluncur cukup gemarkan Teluk Dalam dan bagi peluncur baru, mereka mempunyai banyak pilihan. Bak kata penduduk tempatan, jika gagal di ombak lapisan pertama, peluncur masih mempunyai peluang menghadap empat lagi lapisan ombak.
Lebih meriah ketika berlangsungnya pertandingan luncur antarabangsa yang diadakan ketika musim ombak besar sepanjang Jun hingga Julai setiap tahun. Penulis yang berpeluang ke Teluk Dalam mendapati kawasan itu memang dilengkapi semua kemudahan pertandingan meluncur.
Ketika tsunami melanda Aceh pada Disember 2004, kawasan Teluk Dalam turut dilanda musibah menyebabkan kemudahan dan rumah musnah. Kawasan itu dibangunkan semula tetapi diancam gempa bumi pada Mac 2005 menyebabkan penduduk takut tsunami menyusul lagi, namun tragedi itu tidak berulang.
Kini selepas empat tahun dilanda bencana alam yang menggemparkan, kawasan itu kembali aktif. Tidak hairanlah, ia sering menjadi tumpuan peluncur terutama dari Australia, Jepun dan Eropah yang menempuh perjalanan ribuan kilometer semata-mata untuk berhadapan ombak besar dan pulang dengan hati yang puas.
Conclusion;
A tourism activity,all about local people and history or mainly they are coming for surfing spot by australian,japan,european with surfers are coming through by hundred thousand kilometers far from the place of.Nias Island,Teluk Dalam,Indonesia
The 2nd place for the surfing wave after Hawaii & Bali beach.

Ambang 2011 Kuala Lumpur Concert
Usher in the New Year at Dataran Merdeka with the Ambang 2011 Kuala Lumpur concert, an event featuring performances by local artists and more!
Apart from the performances by popular artists, the highlight of the evening will be a dazzling show of fireworks at midnight to welcome 2011.
The concert will feature an exciting and varied lineup of artists in what promises to be a highly energetic and dynamic evening, with star performers such as Mizz Nina, rock legend Amy Search, Malaysian Idol 2 winner Daniel Lee, Dato’ David Arumugam, Ramlah Ram, Pop Shuvit and also the first-prize winner of Bintang RTM 2009, Ernie.
There will also be cultural dance performances, including the 1Malaysia Dance, Malay cultural dances from the DBKL Dancers, Chinese dances from the CN Dancez and Indian dances from Vehaara Arts. Also on stage will be the Bhangra group Gold Kartz, sing and dance group The Singing Shop as well as Orang Asli dance troup Mah Meri. Malaysia wins AFF-Suzuki Cup on 4-2 aggregate
JAKARTA: Malaysia has won the AFF-Suzuki Cup on a 4-2 aggregate. Indonesia won the second leg of the final 2-1 in Jakarta on Wednesday night while Malaysia had won the first leg 3-0 in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.
The scorers for Indonesia were Mohammad Ridwan (87th minute) and Mohammad Nasuha (71st). Safee Sali had scored in the 53rd minute to put Malaysia 1-0 in the lead.
It was a significant success for Malaysia as the last time the senior national team became champions in a regional competition was at the 1989 SEA Games in Kuala Lumpur.
Jakarta to deploy 3,000 sweepers for New Year’s Eve
The Jakarta administration will deploy 3,000 street sweepers in anticipation of the increased amounts of trash on city streets on New Year’s Eve.
City Sanitation Agency chief Eko Bharuna said the cleaners would be deployed in all five municipalities.
Among the sites expected to draw crowds during New Year’s celebrations are National Monument (Monas) Park in Central Jakarta, Taman Mini Indonesian Indah in East Jakarta and Ragunan Zoo in South Jakarta, as well as the Hotel Indonesia traffic circle, Jl. MH Thamrin and areas around Monas.
Eko said the agency would provide 671 garbage trucks and 10 mobile toilets would be made available.
The agency is expecting at least 7,410 tons of garbage to accrue during the celebrations, compared to a daily average of 6,500 tons. (dre)
